Panorama Sofia is a seven story high building. It is located in the foothills of Vitosha mountain in a rapidly developing and yet quiet and cozy south-eastern part of the capital. The location is in close proximity to sport store Decathlon, Ikea, Sofia Park, Business Park Sofia and Sofia Ring Mall.
The building itself has nine levels – one underground level and eight above ground. The primary purpose of underground level is a parking area, while the ground level - offices and showrooms. The levels above ground floor are residential with 75 apartments and studios. Panorama Sofia distinguishes itself with magnificent view towards Vitosha mountain and a panoramic view to the city. Exactly this 360-degree panorama gives the name of the building.
