PANORAMA SOFIA

Panorama Sofia is a seven story high building. It is located in the foothills of Vitosha mountain in a rapidly developing and yet quiet and cozy south-eastern part of the capital. The location is in close proximity to sport store Decathlon, Ikea, Sofia Park, Business Park Sofia and Sofia Ring Mall.
The building itself has nine levels – one underground level and eight above ground. The primary purpose of underground level is a parking area, while the ground level - offices and showrooms. The levels above ground floor are residential with 75 apartments and studios. Panorama Sofia distinguishes itself with magnificent view towards Vitosha mountain and a panoramic view to the city. Exactly this 360-degree panorama gives the name of the building. Panorama Sofia is surrounded by green areas and places for relaxation. The space around the building is planted with flowers, bushes and trees and is with automatic irrigation system. The water for the irrigation is provided by a reservoir, constructed for this purpose.

Main accents of the building are implementation of passive and active measures for energy efficiency, measures for sound insulation of each apartment, introduction of new technologies and quality materials of reliable and proven producers.     
For energy efficiency of the building is executed a solid façade and façade’s windows with extremely low coefficients of thermal conductivity due to the high quality bricks by “Wienerberger” and the windows by “Rollplast”. For all main electrical consumers which are within the scope of executed by the Investor are also chosen high efficiency solutions.
For the lighting installation in the common parts are used high quality LED lights products by EAE.
The OTIS elevators are high-speed and also with high reliability and comfort, as well as with high energy efficiency.
The external sound insulation of the apartments and between them is achieved by façade elements and highly effective detail with products by companies “Wienerberger” and “Knauf”.
The building has gas installation executed with certified elements by company “Viega”.
In the newly built sample apartment in Panorama Sofia together with “ABB Bulgaria” is implemented an unique for the country system for overall management, based on ABB i-bus® KNX-technology. This technology allows complete control of all installations and optimization of their collaboration and their functions.
